Each Air Violin case is a masterpiece, incorporating both quality engineering and functional design into one case. The Air Series is manufactured using GEWA’s Air Shell Technology, where the outer skin and inner shells are moulded independently of each other, and then joined together using a special process with foam. It guarantees a high resistance to breakage, as impacts are absorbed by slight deformation, whilst also ensuring highly effective insulation against temperature fluctuations and weather. Despite their strength and resistance, the cases are incredibly light.

The combination of look and function is complemented by excellent fittings with high-quality features. These include the floating suspension system and the swivel-type bow holder, all developed and patented by GEWA. Also patented is the adjustable mechanical neck rest, which makes the case suitable for 4/4, 3/4 and 1/2 size instruments. The interior is finished with a high quality velour which adds a premium feel. There are also plenty of carrying options with a comfortable carry handle, as well as removable padded neoprene backpack straps. Combination locks allow for safe storage.
