The top is made of spruce with a straight grain. This cello has been antiqued with a good cover of dark to golden brown varnish \u0026amp; ebony fittings. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eOverall this cello has a big, powerful \u0026amp; pronounced sound with soloistic qualities.
