The body measures 760mm along the back, 335mm across the upper bouts and 440mm across the lower bouts. The back is made from two pieces of moderately flamed maple. The top is made from spruce with a straight grain. The cello has been antiqued with a good cover of golden brown to orange coloured varnish \u0026amp; ebony fittings. It is in excellent condition with no damage or marks. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eOverall this cello has a bright, well-rounded \u0026amp; powerful sound with excellent projection. It is very responsive with a well-balanced sound \u0026amp; wide dynamic range of colours \u0026amp; overtones.
